DTF Gang Sheets: Sizes, Artwork and Ordering
Combine multiple designs on one DTF transfer sheet. Choose a sheet size, prepare your artwork at the final print dimensions, and order the quantity you need.

DTF gang sheet sizes are in inches
Our Upload DTF Gang Sheet product is 22 inches wide, with selectable lengths from 5 to 200 inches. For example, a 22 × 60 sheet measures 22 inches wide by 60 inches long. A 22 × 120 sheet measures 22 inches wide by 120 inches long.
Select the exact size you need on the product page. Prepare your canvas to match the size you purchase. Available sizes can differ between DTF, UV DTF, and builder products.
Prepare a print-ready file
- Set your canvas to the exact sheet dimensions in inches.
- Place each design at its intended final print size. Leave a small gap so the transfers can be cut apart.
- Use high-resolution artwork with a transparent background. Export a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the final print size.
- Review the layout, spelling, dimensions, and transparent areas before uploading.
- Upload the finished file on the product page and wait for the upload to complete.

Pricing and quantity
The current price for each sheet size is shown on the Upload DTF Gang Sheet product page. Select a size to see its price, then choose your quantity. The number of designs a sheet can hold depends on each design's actual dimensions and the space between them.
DTF and UV DTF are different products
Textile DTF transfers are applied to compatible garments using a heat press. UV DTF transfers are adhesive transfers for compatible hard surfaces and do not require a heat press. For hard-surface projects, use the UV DTF gang sheet uploader or the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder.
Turnaround and application
For our advertised same-day shipping and pickup service, correctly formatted artwork must be submitted before 11 AM St. Louis time. Late or incorrect files may delay processing. Shipping time is separate from production time; contact us before placing a time-sensitive order.
